This stylish split level home is the perfect coastal getaway for couples, families and executives. Providing 4 bedrooms and the ability to sleep 8 people.

Enjoy the open feel of the air-conditioning in the upstairs area, consisting of combined living, kitchen and dining room. This space opens onto a north facing balcony with ocean glimpses, outdoor seating and a Webber BBQ, perfect for relaxing after a big day of adventuring, working or thrill seeking. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 can also be found upstairs along with a 2 way access bathroom, allowing it to service both bedrooms. Both bedrooms consist of queen beds, built in robes and ceiling fans.

Downstairs you will find bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 3 consists of a queen bed with yard views and access to a private patio. While bedroom 4 has 2 king singles. The downstairs bedrooms are serviced by a two way bathroom and also consist of built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.

You will find the laundry with washing machine and dryer on the lower level.
