This modern, stylish studio is perched right on the city-scene with views over the Yarra River and easy access to the best fine dining and entertainment in Southbank and the CBD. Batman Park is footsteps away, and Crown Casino is a few minutes’ walk. A generous living area is the ideal spot to kick back in front of the TV, or whip up a simple home-cooked meal as you gaze out at panoramic river views. The sleeping area can be separated from the rest of the studio to create a private bedroom.
This one-bedroom studio emanates an aura of minimal modernity. Whip up a home cooked meal in the compact, fully-furnished kitchen, then join together for a meal in the covered balcony with a stylish glass dining table seating four, boasting exceptional views of the Yarra and Southbank.
At day’s end, stay on the balcony with a drink and let your mind drift as you watch the sunset, or curl up on the L-shaped couch to watch some TV or to catch up on some reading.
The bed area can be separated from the rest of the studio using roll-down blinds to create the ideal private bedroom with a queen bed. Getting ready is easy with mirrored built-in wardrobes, while the bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, oversized vanity and toilet.
Paid parking is available off-premise.

Right in the CBD
We liked the apartment more as our stay went on. It is right above the noisy train, so that was a bit hard to get used to. The power went out on the first morning, and we were stuck on the 14th floor for hours! But the host continued to update us on repair of the elevators. In the free tram zone, so that was nice. Picking up the keys was weird--a bit far from the place, and luckily we had a friend driving us, or it would have be VERY inconvenient.
