Guests will have a private ground floor entrance, surrounded by greenery with a large wooden bench out the front to enjoy your morning cup of coffee before hitting the beach or a warm toastie wrapped in your towel after a day of exploring the coast.

The kitchen and living area embrace an open floor plan, allowing you to move around freely and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze as it drifts through the apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the basic amenities, dishwasher, an electric fan oven and cooktop with range hood.

Both bedrooms are fitted with a comfortable queen bed, quality linen, ceiling fan and spacious wardrobe so you can unpack your belongings during your stay.

The spacious bathroom boasts a shower and bath, perfect for washing up children after building sand castles and running through the waves. If you need to get some washing done, there is an external paid washing room which is a shared service on the premises. There is also a laundromat only 300 metres from the flat.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. You will also have access to the laundry and carpark at the rear. Please make yourself at home!

You’ll be just 2kms from the Gold Coast Airport and a quick walk from both Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. For brekkie or lunch, stop by the Kirramisu Cafe and Restaurant with outdoor tables and ocean views or head across the street for dinner to Tupe-Aloha, where Hawaii meets Mexico and sink your teeth into some tacos by the sea.
