Located 750 meters from foreshore and 1km from Rosebud Pier, you will enjoy a short walk amongst a quiet neighborhood leading to local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and the Rosebud RSL. A short drive to wineries, golf courses, the famous hot springs and much more!
