This home is adorned with crisp, clean white and cream furniture, featuring plush bedding and high-end pieces. The main bedroom features a walk-in robe and en-suite, as well as multiple living areas. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
The house is located on a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are strictly prohibited.

Guests are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.
Parties are not permitted, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to the presence of surrounding permanent residents. There is to be no music after 9 pm on weekdays, including Sundays, and after 11 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond. We have permanent residents as neighbours with young kids. Disturbance to our neighbours and police involvement, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in losing your bond.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, including dining options and local attraction suggestions. ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.
