The property is divided into 4 buildings, the main house having 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 1 powder room, 1 bathroom, a huge kitchen and living room. A chalet for four people, 3 semi-detached chalets with a deck offering unparalleled views, and a huge hall with a barbecue, pizza oven and wood-burning stove, as well as a sink, stove and refrigerator. Fruit trees can be found throughout the property and you can eat them!

Oh... I mustn't forget, if you have a telescope, bring it. The night sky is spectacular.

You will have access to all areas, except for 3 rooms where I store maintenance equipment.

This is my home, meaning you'll find a space where I enjoy being.

There you will find wild animals and some guinea fowl that serve to scare away snakes, ants, and scorpions. Feel free to feed them rice; they love it.

I have a cat named Miau, she's very sweet and makes sure we don't have any rodent visitors.

The road to the property is completely paved; it's so good that the Tour de France Letape Brasil passes right in front of it.

It's 13km from the city centre and approximately 60km from Paraty. The region has some really cool places to visit, such as pottery workshops, waterfalls, etc.
