The place was really nice, everything as described and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Great location, great amenities. Just what we had hoped for!
Beautifully decorated and well stock home. The backyard is like a tropical getaway. I didn’t sit out there too much as the mosquitoes were bad at that time. Otherwise the home was very nice to stay.
Well stocked property with great pool/patio. Close to Luke AFB. We chose this property for its location - We stayed for a week while our daughter waited for her furniture and household items to be delivered (newly stationed at Luke). Will definitely recommend for friends and family traveling to area.
Very clean home that was comfortable and inviting. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals. Pool area is very relaxing and refreshing. Home is close in proximity to shopping, casino and golf courses.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Most of the house was very clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, and the location was great. More washcloths would have been helpful.
Spacious patio with attractive landscape. Lots of indoor space and very clean. 2 couples, easy check in. Had trouble regulating thermostat. Beds had memory foam toppers which were a little too soft for our taste but worked okay. Ample linens and towels
Everything went fine. Very nice house in a good location. Some of the check out information in the folder in the kitchen needs updating.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the property early due to several significant issues that made the home unusable for our vacation. The primary concern was that we were unable to use the pool or hot tub, which was the main reason we selected this property—especially given the extreme heat in Avondale, AZ. The pool area was unusable due to resident ducks, with duck droppings in the water and across the entire pool deck.Additionally, the grill was in very poor condition. It was extremely dirty and caused a grease fire when we attempted to use it, making it unsafe and unusable. As a result, we were unable to use the backyard amenities at all.Because of these issues, we had to make last-minute alternative travel arrangements in order to salvage our vacation, which resulted in additional unexpected expenses. We also incurred a loss on groceries that we had purchased but could not use due to the grill being unusable. Other concerns regarding the condition of the home:* Cookware was old and unsanitary, with Teflon pans flaking* Utensils were worn and outdated* Bed and mattress were uncomfortable and worn, with only a topper added* Furniture was visibly past its prime* Tile flooring was loose and cracking in areas* Carpet was worn. While we do appreciate that the property manager was responsive and that the owner did reimburse us for 3 days. We should have been given a full refund. We do not like to give bad reviews but this was warranted.

While we do our best to maintain the outdoor areas, environmental factors like local wildlife can be unpredictable. We can't control the local ducks. We have maintained a strong 5-star experience for our guests, and will continue to do our best.

We really liked the location which was central to our Travels around the area. The house was clean and in a pleasant neighborhood. We did have a little problem with the key lock box but managed to get it open. The weather was a bit too cold to use the pool but it looked very , would surely use it in warmer weather. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and relatives.
Neighborhood is an average one, but location is very near every spring training ball park and excellent shopping, restaurants and activities. The house was very well maintained, very clean and although only two bedrooms, was very comfortable and homey. We did not use the pool but did use the hot tub which was great. The backyard is small but inviting and unique to hang out in with all ammenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and roomy, the fridge appeared to be new, all appliances worked well. Overall, we were very happy with the home and would definitely consider it again.
I will start with the good:The VRBO was very spacious in the Bedroom, Master Bath, Living Room, Kitchen and other areas. Backyard was nice. They had extra blankets and a fan which were pluses. That being said I can get that anywhere at any other property that we were looking at. We search for our stays based on Hot Tubs. The Hot Tub was throwing an error code of E05 on the heater. So needless to say the Hot Tub was not working. We needed to limp it along every day for hours if we wanted to use it. It took us at least 2 to 3 hours every time if we wanted to get in. If we were not in front of the SPA heater we would miss the error code to restart system and the Hot Tub would get cold pretty fast. The day we were at the Property most of the day it was easier to limp it along to use it but all in all it took us about 2.5 hours to get it up to a temp to get in. But the minute we left for dinner or hiking, etc we would have to start all over on heating it back up.We were not notified when the Hot Tub mechanic was coming over and he just randomly showed up when we were in the back yard, but it still didnt work after. We had a random groundskeeper show up as well without any notice.Their Welcome Book needs updating as there were conflicting directions in the book and to what we were sent via email or from their management company EVOLVE.We did all of our breakfasts at the property and made lunches to go. Their knives are pretty dull, so we used the scissors most of the time.

Hi Craig, thank you for sharing your feedback. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:- We responded immediately to your concerns and sent a repair technician to assist with the hot tub. While a part needed to be replaced, the hot tub still worked, as reflected in the propane usage.- We apologize if the technician’s visit was unexpected. We always aim to communicate service visits in advance.- Our landscaper follows a regular schedule, and we’re sorry if their arrival was a surprise.- We appreciate your comments about the welcome book and wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed any inconsistencies right away.Thank you again for your review, and we hope you enjoyed other aspects of your stay.
