This place looks better in person than it doea on the pictures. Walking distance to SeaTac of you like hills. If you don't like hills. The 156 bus is .04 miles away and will take you to and from SeaTac

It was perfect! I was on a business trip for 10 days and it was very comfortable and quiet. Shopping was very close.The big screen TVs in all the rooms was awesome! Very nice kitchen to cook. I felt right at home! Thank you!!

No pizza pan in the kitchen. Restrictive rules for cooking in the kitchen due to smoke detector. Ice maker did not work in freezer.Lights burned out in the guest bathroom. No floor mat in the guest bathroom. Living room was lacking. It really needed a door mat and coat hook. A floor lamp would be very nice for relaxing. A throw blanket would make the couch feel less sterile.Hard to sleep in master bedroom. The electric heater makes a lot of noise. The bedframe squeeks louldy at any movement. The unit is not very well soundproofed; heard the neighbor's tv and cabinets at night and in the morning.Light burned out in the master bathroom.Access staircase was slick due to snow and ice; this was not cleared for us. Location was good for access to the mall and interstate.

The stay was okay. Parking isn't great, walls are thin I could hear the other people that owned the home. The stove was broken I wasn't told till after I booked and I was told it would be fixed two days into my stay. That NEVER happened and no communication was given to me even when I reached out. The TVs wouldn't connect to anything so we watched things on our phones instead. Positives the towels were great the laundry was great, the street was quiet.

Cute and quiet little place!

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for my birthday. It was super convenient to get just about anywhere we needed to. We were right off the freeway, but there was actually very little outside noise able to be heard from inside the unit. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice apartment.

Very clean, great communication with property management. The only negative thing I have to say is there was a pair of dirty socks and a pet harness under the bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the property was extremely clean. The noise from the airport was very minimal. I would suggest a sign indicating where guests should park to avoid confusion and problems. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Our Home Away From Home While We Downsized Our Parents

We came here to clean out our parent's home in nearby Kent and get them into assisted living in Auburn. We were there about three weeks. The home is perfect for two people with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the living area and a very nice washer and dryer. We LOVED the big fake fireplace/ heater with the giant TV overhead and how the couch and chair were gathered nicely as a sitting area around a coffee table.The master bedroom had a desk and an office chair, which helped me to set up my computer and deal with things. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location was good, being within 5 minutes of SouthCenter Mall, 6 minutes from the SeaTac airport, and 8 minutes from our parents' home and everything else. The nearest Safeway was one mile away, which helped. It was a decent neighborhood-kind of a transitional area with a new idea at the end of the road with new housing geared for duplexes or mother in law units or opportunities for rentals. We felt totally safe. Really good location. You will see Mt. Rainier in its glory. Within a less than 10 minute drive you have wonderful places to eat. Miyabe's sushi in SouthCenter, Joey's in South Center, Wally's Chowder House in Des Moines, Burien Fish House, etcI would rent this again in a heartbeat.
