Good location for a quick trip

We wanted to stay in Renton for some work we were doing in the area. This place was the perfect fit. It is small and a bit rustic, but it had everything we needed for our stay with thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Check-in was easy and everything was clean. It is a great location and I'd return if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.

Great little place!

This place is piccobello clean. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, and the bed is an excellent quality mattress that will ensure a good night's rest. The area is quiet and safe, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. 15 minutes to downtown and The Landing. Cottage was well stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for 2 people.

Peaceful and Comfortable

Loved this little house and the owners! After getting off our cruise boat, we were able to relax and recover before our flight home! We will definitely come back to this property when we visit Seattle in the future!

We stayed one night as we had an early flight out of SeaTac that morning. It was quiet and offered nice amenities, Including a bbq and a well stocked kitchen. It was a quick drive to SeaTac but it was 3:10am…. We would stay here again, nice place! Thanks

Renton Guesthouse

We chose this place because it’s so close to our grandson, turned out to be a LOVELY stay :) Rob and his wife are such wonderful hosts, we were fortunate to get to visit w/them for a little bit. That was of our choosing as they are very respectful of people’s privacy. It is a clean, quiet and very cozy space. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in abundance, and we arrived to some snacks also :) We hope to return to this little gem!

Quite location

Property is quite, bed was comfortable, owner was very responsive. Only reason for the 4 rating is that the couch is for a child and not comfortable to sit on. Location is great.
