About this property

Luxury At The Beach, is the way to describe the Gateway Grand! This three bedroom ocean front condominium will make you want to stay forever. Featuring decorator furnishings, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer, 4 televisions, Wi-Fi is included and streaming tv provided thru FuboTV/Apple. The master bedroom has a king bed and spacious master bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full plus two twin) and also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The owner supplies sheets & towels. Keurig coffee maker. The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and Game room for the kids. The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
