Your walk to the beach will be quick and easy using the wooden walkway located directly across the street. The Hawk's Nest is pet-friendly so your furry best friend can accompany you. With an excellent location between Duck and Corolla, the Seaside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns, including shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf. Joggers and bikers will appreciate Corolla's multi-use path that connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.

Much needed break

We had a blast in OBX and couldn’t be happier with the condo. The location was extremely affordable considering we were there for the 4th of July. The location was perfect but could be a tough walk to the beach for someone with knee problems. The steps that go over the dune are quite excessive but better than not having close beach access. This location does not come with pool access which was okay for us but a pool or access to a pool would have been great.

This spot was perfect for my family of three. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat at this price point. It was very clean upon arrival. The appliances were brand new. We were grateful to be able to bring our senior dog with us on this trip as well! We did have some maintenance issues that were reported to the host. There was an outlet cover missing in the bedroom with the bunkbed, which posed a danger to our toddler. The garbage disposal did not work which caused issues with using that side of the sink as well as the dishwasher. There were a few other minor issues, but I’m hoping all of these were addressed for future guests!
