Waterfront Location holiday accommodation

Welcome to our stunning waterfront location holiday accommodation, located right on the waters edge, 10mins walk from Raglan township.

This 1980`s 2 storey home boasts a large open plan entertaining area with large deck, 5 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms + ensuite.

This unique property offers 2 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 kayaks (life jackets supplied) with plenty of parking including catering for boat parking and filleting bench within the secured property.

We can accommodate 9 guests comfortably upstairs in bedrooms. The downstairs area is perfect for warmer months of entertaining also.

I am only a phone call/text away, should you require any help during your stay.

Enjoy alfresco style bbq in the evenings on the deck, immersing yourselves with beautiful water views (tidal) and hills in the foreground.

* 3 night minimum long weekends
* 5 night minimum over Xmas and new year period

SoundSplash festival weekend, 16-19th Jan, a mature adult must accompany younger guests, rules apply, please enquire within.
* No charging of electric vehicles, please use charging stations provided in Raglan
* No pet policy
* Please note due to stairs, if parents wish to bring toddlers, parental supervision is required during your stay
* No parties/venues/hens/stag nights

Definitely recommend!

Awesome place to stay, kitchen well stocked and property is within walking distance to town and a great fish and chip shop. Host was also very accommodating and gave us a late checkout so we could watch the ABs play!

Raglan Beachhouse

We had a great stay, the only hiccup was that we lost hot water in one of the bathrooms but it was remedied quickly despite being a holiday weekend and without too much inconvenience. The house is a fab location right on the water which we loved.

Girls Getaway

Raglan Retreat

Perfect for our girls weekend in Raglan. Bedrooms were large with comfy beds and nice linen, house was clean and tidy. The view from the living area and deck is to die for! Very comfy couches, well equipped kitchen. We had trouble driving the TV as very modern so a few more tips on how to use would be helpful. We all had a lovely time enjoyed the house and would recommend staying here.
