Highly recommend this property. The easiest check in without 1000 rules when you get inside. Clean and well equipped. Beds were great. Best house stay we've had in a long time.
We were blown away with the thought that had gone into each detail of our stay and the hospitality. Absolutely beautiful place in a quiet safe area. It felt like home away from home
Easy going. Has everything you need when staying away from home you have a beautiful home and thank you for sharing it with us. Will be booking again soon.
I travelled from Australia to spend a week with family while our Dad has been in Waikato Hospital. Having never been to Hamilton before I was impressed by the location of the property and how close is was to everything we needed. Property itself was perfect and felt like a home away from home where we were all able to be together in a lovely warm and comfortable home. Would reccomend and stay again. Lovely home and hosts. Thanks for a perfect stay.
A great house with everything you need and more. Fast 500 Mbps internet, pro-level workstation with two monitors. Plenty of dishes and appliances, a garage for the car. There are also heaters for cold nights. We were very satisfied and enjoyed living in this house. The owner was always available and helped with various questions.
We arrived in Hamilton after a long flight from South Africa to an ecoli warning in the area. Eliot & Suf left us a lovely note informing us with bottled water to assist us. The home was very comfy and tidy just perfect for our jet lagged family. Lovely little touches around the home making it warm and inviting. The location was great, close to shops and amenities. We wanted to stay longer!
The property is clean and well laid out and nice to spend time in. Double garage was awesome as the weather was not great. The kitchen is nice and the house is generally modern, and the key pad entry lock is a great idea... no looking for keys. Biggest draw back was that the house is on a corner and the lounge is very visible from the street. Ok during the day but at night you'll want to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Second drawback was that our bed in our room was too soft for us, and we're not big people. I think the beds in the other rooms were OK. Chest of drawers on the main room seemed pretty cheap and we had trouble with the drawers fitting. Overall though a nice stay. Just find places to stay so expensive now, and this is suburban Hamilton!
