The Space

Upon arrival you will be greeted by a tropical curb appeal, spacious brick-paved driveway, and well-manicured lawn. As you enter, you'll step into a cozy sitting area complete with four plush armchairs, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Need to catch up on work or send a few postcards? A sleek desk in the corner of this space offers a quiet place for productivity.

The heart of this home lies in its open living spaces. Two separate dining areas await your gatherings - one formal and one casual, each accommodating six. In between is a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher and electric range, making meal preparation a breeze.
Vacation is no time to do laundry, however, you can - if you need to. Use the private laundry room, complete with a sink and LG washer and dryer for your convenience.
Venture towards the back of the house, into the comfortable living room with a large sectional sofa. The perfect place to gather and enjoy your favorite shows on the HDTV or bask in the gentle sunlight coming through glass doors with views of the patio.

The Primary Suite provides a generously sized retreat- On the southern side of the home, it features a king-sized bed, bench, dresser, HDTV, closet, and a full-length mirror. This private oasis extends to the en suite full bathroom, boasting a double vanity sink and yet another exquisite frameless shower.

The Neighborhood

Spacious home located in an upscale neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Ridge. Conveniently situated next door to the famous Coral Ridge Country Club, a golfer's dream!

Points of Interest: (Distance measured in driving time, non-rush hour)
-Beaches (5 min): Water sport rentals, surf boards, jet skis, and kayaks- there is something for everyone of all ages.
-Las Olas Blvd (15 min): Close to beaches, unique architecture, exclusive boutiques, eclectic restaurants, and bars, and just about everything else.

*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. *

We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on
-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
-An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am.

Starter Supplies:

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet, for stays less than 30 days Pet fee is $250. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle :
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
