First class finishes including Bosch appliances, J.A Henckel cutlery and Janis lounge furniture further enhance this five star experience.

Perched upon Ka'anapali, one of the world's most beautiful beaches, is the Hyatt Residence Club Ka'anapali. Within the lush borders of this sprawling tropical paradise, families will be delighted year after year with exceptional service and amenities of Ka'anapali's most heralded resort.

This upper villa is guaranteed to be on floors 5-12 and offers sweeping oceanfront views with an epic backdrop spanning from Lahaina to Kahoolawe to Lanai. You will bask in the azure blue of the Pacific from the kitchen, living room, balcony, and master bedroom as you experience some of the sublimest ocean views on Maui.

This villa can comfortably sleep up to eleven guests with a king bed in both master bedrooms, a twin-size sofa sleeper in the second master, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area.

Ka’anapali Family Vacation

It was a magical week! The property is beautiful and in an ideal location! Our three bedroom unit allowed us plenty of room and served our family needs perfectly. We will be back!

Amazing location with fun for everyone

Perfect location for beachfront views and snorkeling right off the beach. The boardwalk is a great way to see other local areas filled with good food and fun experiences. The unit was clean and much larger then we expected. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Residence Maui for a family vacation. The property, staff, and location were all amazing. It's a great place a short walk to Whaler's Village and the snorkeling right out front was surprisingly good! We had an amazing time and hope to return one day!

Multi generational wonderful stay

The property was wonderful. We had great views from the wrap around balcony. Our group included three generations and there was plenty of space for our group of 8. Everything was clean and if we needed anything there was a quick response from the front desk. I would recommend this property. The kids loved the pools and beach and we had a great time walking along the beach, swimming and surfing.
