Pool & spa, and outdoor grill on first level with additional seating on 3rd floor balcony. Tile and vinyl flooring throughout & huge open gathering areas. After a day of lounging by the pool, wind down in your own private theater room to watch your favorite movie or play a game of shuffleboard on the first level family room.
