Baseball Family

This property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space to enjoy our trip to watch our oldest play college ball. We will recommend it for future families coming for the same reason.

Mother’s Day Weekend

House was excellent and clean. Matched description perfectly. My only downfall was the fact we arrived in Orlando early in the morning and we were not able to get an early check in. Our flight arrived in at 8:30 in the morning so we had to ride around the city to kill 8 hours. Owner returned all my text/emails in timely manner. I would love to stay there again.

It was okay

Stay was OK, we had fun. The water park was a blast except the advertise. Drink specials and they don't have the cups for the drinks. The house had roaches in it. There were fire ants inside and out. There were ants in one of the bedrooms in the beds under the sheets. My son got all bit up when we reached out to someone. We were told they can't do nothing about it because it's inside the property and there's no property owner to speak with. Oh, and the back door did not lock.So we had to sleep in a weird place that we don't know with the door unlocked.

Unfortunately ,you never informed us of these problems during your stay, neither by message nor by phone call. As the property managers, we are always available and willing to assist you but we did not receive any reports about insects or the door lock. The only call we received from you was regarding early check-in. I don't know who was the person you asked about the insect but definitely wasn't someone from our team, next time contact us directly as you did when you called and asked for early check in, It would be our pleasure to host you again in the future.
