The host was responsive. The place was clean. The only thing is it didn’t have a iron but other than that, it’s a quiet neighborhood and close to DC and downtown sliver spring
The property is in a great location to walk to everything, comfortable bedrooms and brand new baths and kitchen. Owner was gracious and helpful. We had a great time.
Had a great stay here! Comfortable and updated home with great amenities. We were only able to stay for a few days but we were able to settle in right away. Had a wonderful time watching the dogs play at the dog park across the street. So sweet!! Thanks for a great time.

Great Stay
My family of 4, including a 10 and 8 year old plus my parents stayed here for 5 days for a trip to Washington, DC for spring break. It was the perfect place to stay! It was nice to be in a home where we could all be together in the evenings after spending the day in the city. It was nice to be able to have breakfast and cook dinner at the house in the evenings. The house is beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. We did meet the owner one evening and he was very friendly and made sure to ask how our stay was going and see if we needed anything else. Would definitely stay here again!
It can be a challenge to find a home which will accommodate several guests. This home was perfect for us- Attractive, comfortable and large open living room and kitchen and dining area. Contemporary kitchen. 4 good sized bedrooms. Parking for 3 cars. Host was super responsive.

Disappointing
The location is excellent and the house is generally comfortable. However, it seems the house was not properly inspected and cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen was particularly neglected down to dirty coffee makers with mold in ground coffee inside.
The house is walking distance to restaurants and commercial venues in downtown Silver Springs, which is great; on the other hand, it is located on a major trafficked street, which makes it quite a loud environment, noticeably more so when trying to sleep and when you also deal with the constant noise from an unusually loud refrigerator.

Family stay for UMD graduation
Our stay was average at best. When we arrived there were 3 overflowing trash cans and a a recycling bin that we had to take to the curb upon arrival after speaking with the property manager. The open recycling bin was also filled with rain water. I’m not sure why garbage pick up schedule isn’t posted on the instruction sheet for the guests and as such, I blame the property manager for not handling it. No one should have to take out other peoples trash on their arrival. Thankfully, we did not need the 4th bedroom because the mattresses in the twin room need to be thrown out and replaced. The A/C units upstairs could also use some written instructions. The kitchen and bathrooms are poorly stocked. We’d new/more utensils. Disposable hand soap dispensers and paper towels/toilet paper appropriate for the number of guests would be nice. Bathroom shower mats were filthy and need to be trashed and replaced. The living room was comfortable but the overhead light fixture may be a hazard. Almost all the bulbs were burnt out and the remaining one sparked when we turned it on.Would not return to this home or any other under Evolve management. Ps. After reading a couple of recent negative reviews, I reached out ahead of time to insure a clean and comfortable stay bc my 85 year old mother traveled with us, clearly no one took the time to inspect the home before our arrival.
