Why they chose this property
Cabbagetown is a designated heritage district in downtown Toronto. The area is recognized as "the largest continuous area of preserved Victorian housing in all of North America". Most of the beautifully maintained homes have remained original (built between 1860 and 1895), giving the neighbourhood a historical film set street vibe! And yes...cabbages really were grown (in abundance) in the village!
What makes this property unique
The house is located in downtown Toronto with convenient access to the TTC public transit, ample street parking for cars, and Uber/Lyft are plentiful.
The 505 Dundas 501 Queen streetcars are your gateway east and west to the city. You will be a short 10 minute walk to the Yonge & Dundas TTC station.
Within walking distance are a number of boutique coffee shops, "it" brunch and dinner spots, local pubs, and late night bites.
