Premium Unit 4650- Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe

Adorable studio condominium on the top, 6th floor in Founders Pointe with a

vaulted ceiling and art work that shows off personality and will make you

smile! Sleeps up to 4. Tuck into a King size bed in the evening after a great

day venturing out in the mountains to the warmth of a glowing fireplace. Relax

on a big, comfortable L shaped couch and watch TV or read a book with no hard

sofa sleeper under you. Kids and adults love to sleep on these couches. A

queen size, easily inflatable bed is stored in the closet for two additional

adults or for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of being close the elevators.





Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
