**The Space**

Tucked at the end of the hall, this three-bedroom & three-bathroom condo is

quiet with antique furnishings and old-world charm. Stunning views of the

Continental Divide enhance the Colorado experience. Washer/dryer in unit.



**The Bedroom**

Enjoy a King bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a Queen with

an ensuite bathroom, and a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is not a sofa

sleeper in this unit. Please note this condominium sleeps 6.



During the stay, you have access to on-site storage for your skis, snowboard,

or bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed

internet throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, retail shops, and additional activities are just

steps away. For the closest stay to mountain adventure, this is a perfect

property for you!



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Ski In & Out Winter Park

Great location. Closest property to the gondola with a demo equipment rental shop next to it. Nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath with underground garage. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Zephyr. This unit is really spacious with everything that you need. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and a lot of dishes in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The included washer and dyer was a very nice extra. Overall the condo was amazing and exactly as pictured. The only thing that was a negative was the outdoor seating on the balcony, although very charming, was not comfortable to sit on. Also, the skillets need replaced in the kitchen.
