OBX VACATION

Property was a good location. House could have been cleaner when we checked in. Beds a little hard. Volley ball court not usable because of bushes and sharp thorns.

Perfect location with easy access to beach and shopping/groceries/activities. We loved that the beach was NOT crowded, and everyone seemed to have front-row access. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Uppermost living area was perfect for relaxing and family visiting and game play. Wonderful collection of great movies! Quiet location despite loud and rambunctious activity in neighboring house…was not noticed unless we wandered out. Loved biking to ice cream and groceries. Covered porch came in handy when the rain hit; got to enjoy the storm outside. Host/Realtor was responsive with questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this house again in the future. Two negatives to note.1: Ceiling fans, vents and light over dining table are very dusty and need cleaned. 2: There were 2 maintenance issues that were not addressed during the stay after being told twice that someone would come out to look at them. First issue was the rubber stopper in kitchen sink got stuck and we were unable to remove and the second issue was the outside shower head broke off due the excessive pipe corrosion.
