Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was excellent. The condo could use some work. The exhaust fan in bathroom has black mold all over it, curtains are torn up and walls need touched up. Not the cleanest place I have stayed at.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. The pools and the beach were amazing. Location was ideal for entertainment! However the hotel was not worth what was paid for considering they had roaches it was uneasy to sleep and the constant thought of bringing them back home with us. Also the feeling rushed out with tons of bags of replacement sheets from the maid services being put outside the door while you are trying to get out was inconvenient and rude. The owner responded quickly but no action and did not get our door code till 18 mins after check in time. We had a good time considering but would not stay here again for the simple bug problem.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed at this rental for 5 days. 10 of us, this condo Needed a lot of updates, curtains were torn & dirty, no stand for towels in bathroom.. I took one out of the closet & placed it under sink for extra storage. Furniture needed updated. Flooring under bed, no extra supplies, pillows, blankets etc we had to buy extra linen etc. front desk of hotel did not want to help with anything!!!Should have came with free breakfast.. like the rest of the resort. I’m a new coming designer. & would like to help you decorate your places, to make people feel like home , for the price you charge for the stay Overall the view was amazing Thank you our stay was the week of mothers Day thank you again & don’t hesitate to call if you need some help with your decor. Description a little misleading

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Space inside condo was accurate. However, the furniture needs updating-couch, chair & bedroom dressers. One closet did not have a door on it and was filled with end & coffee tables. Excess flooring was under 1 bed. Reported to maintenace about ripped patio door sheers, bedroom tv's did not work. Also during our stay there was a storm & the big window in dining area leaked all over floor & went under flooring. Reported that & maintenance came 2 day later. Floor still had water underneath vinyl planks when walked on despite our best attempt to soak it up with towels. One last item-there is covered parking BUT it is 2 blocks in front of the building.

Expected better ( will be long )

I will start by saying we loved staying on the beach and not having to drive to many places. We stayed for four nights. The first two nights we had no hot water. There was 6 of us who all had to take freezing cold showers and 4 of them being young kids. We did contact the building management and they had no idea. When we reached out to rental owner we were told it was being fixed with no time frame. In one room the floor was broken/cracked in multiple places so you had to watch where you walked. The bathroom in that room, the light in the shower was so dull like it wasn’t even on. Same room, the closet door was hangin off the track and was actually bowed and coming apart. The beds were like sleeping on a brick. Move on to the second room, we couldn’t even use that closet for our things because there were 2 tables in there not being used and no place to even put them. The beds were higher up in this room but had all the replacement flooring and other random things underneath. We never could find a remote for the tv in that room either. Next the kitchen, almost every dish we pulled out to use was dirty, we had to actually wash before we used anything. The pantry door was missing the handle so my husband found that on the floor and replaced that, the door wouldn’t closed either unless you slammed it. The curtains on the balcony door were all ripped up and just a mess. The ceiling had so many spots of peeling paint. I hope they use this and fix and others have a better stay.
