A great place to stay for families who want to get together and be just minutes from beautiful beaches, cafes, and restaurants. This property has fabulous ocean views, many rooms with ensuites, and 2 seperate living/entertertainment areas, plus interesting nooks to enjoy personal time out.Victoria's were great to deal with- excellent communication and timely information.We thoroughly enjoyed out time at Victoria's on Emerald Beach and found it was very central which gave a a chance to explore the whole Coffs Harbour area.

The house was well presented and the amenities in the bathroom, kitchen and living areas were clean and tidy. Great location and the house and location really feel like a coastal getaway. Rooms were spacious and well separated from each other. Will come again

Sibling holiday

We purposely chose a property with a min of 4 bathrooms. We had 5 couples staying and were disappointed with the positioning of the two bathrooms situated in the main area the commonly used ones. The main bathroom was not private as one of the bedrooms opened onto it. The other bathroom you had to enter through a bedroom.
