The interior of the house is comfortable, with air conditioning throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are integrated;

Two covered parking spaces and two uncovered spaces will be available.

**The house has a cleaning lady who will be responsible for cleaning the premises during business hours (8 am to 3 pm). The cost is already included in the daily rate.**

The house is kid-friendly and offers screen protection on the balcony, a portable cot, safety rails for beds, a high chair for meals, large toys (rocking horse and tent), and a pool float.

Located in the central region of Ilhabela, Engenho D'Água Beach offers a beautiful view for those driving along the road leading to the north of the island. An extensive stretch of sand, bordered by a bike path and pedestrian walkway, leads to a pier, frequented by fishermen or local boys seeking a swim in the calm, clear sea. Early in the morning, it's possible to observe many schools of fish and some sea turtles on their morning stroll from this same pier.
