Bold and contemporary, bursting with character and aloft the city street below, walk-in and instantly you’re greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning skyline views—the living area is cosy with a leather couch and egg chair situated in front of a flat screen TV. Separated by a bookcase, the living area offers a separate work-from-home area with a dedicated study area.

Make your way out to the private balcony with seating and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee with breathtaking views of the city below.

The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with gas cooktop, oven, beautiful granite benchtops, cooking utensils, a fridge/freezer and basic pantry supplies – with a plethora of culinary options close by, this space provides a gourmet retreat to cook your favourite meals at home. Gather together and dine in at the six-seater table.

Retreat to one of the three bedrooms. The primary offers a queen bed made in hotel-quality linen, reading chair, walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling windows and a luxe ensuite. The views continue into the second and third bedrooms offering a queen bed in one, and two singles in the other.

The other two bedrooms share the main bathroom with marble tiling, a full-sized bathtub, vanity and toilet, plus complimentary toiletries to get you through your short stay. The in-unit laundry has a front-loader washing machine, dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

Other amenities include a shared indoor pool, communal gym, and two undercover parking spaces, a rarity in this area. Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions the shared amenities may not be available to use throughout your stay.

For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room. Please note that bedrooms do not have AC units.
