I will make sure that everything is fixed so that my property will be very conducive and comfortable to leave in. My property is pretty new and I keep on adding necessary things to it.

I don't agree with Kim's review. I told her that the lady who cleaned before she checked in was a new staff who failed to do her job. I told Kim that she would have sent me a complain instead of washing hand clothes and complaining about TV, garbage and other stuff only after she had left my property. I told her that I have a big Bag of new towels, hand towels and other stuff in the basement. I would have just directed them on the phone how to get those things. Regarding the TVs, I told Kim that if she had sent me a message, i would have sent someone who lives around there to help out. Maybe they were not touching the right buttons. To start with, no guest before Kim or after Kim has complained about the TVs in my house. Again, no guest before Kim or after Kim has complained about noise in my house. I have a neighbor, but they are in their own house. Regarding the garbage Kim spoke about, the cleaner who is new, put out the garbage for pick up on the wrong date. The lady who cleaned my house before Kim checked in, don't work with me anymore. I told Kim that I was really sorry about the inconveniences but she would have complained to me while she was still in my house.

Thank you Marina for your review. Regarding the maintenance of the house, I am planning on blocking some days on my calendar in order to fix the towel bar, the curtain rod and some other stuff. For the vent, I am buying new ones from Costco today and fixing them. Actually my property is just one year old so I don't know why a curtain rod and vents should be bad so soon. As I told you Marina over the phone when we spoke that I will report the matter regarding the coffee maker and other stuff to the Cleaning Company that sends staff to clean my house, I did that and I was told by the manager of the Cleaning company that two guys who were actually new cleaners for my house and who did the cleaning some days before you checked in were fired because they didn't do a good job at my house. We have a big container of soap and other stuff in the basement and under the kitchen sink. The cleaners just needed to do a refill. Regarding essentials missing at my house, all will be bought today and put in the house before our next guest check-in at 3pm. I bought a very big new fridge from Leon's that has everything plus the ice maker.
