The house is simply wonderful. It is situated in the cutest neighborhood right by Lake Winnebago. We were here for a wedding also having a comfortable place to call home for two days was famtastic. Check-in process was very thorough. Beds are the most comfortable I have ever encountered at a VRBO!

Hostess is fantastic ! Very accommodating ! Everything you might need, is there. Every detail is attended to. Good neighborhood and location. I would recommend this place To anyone ! I was very pleased with my stay !!!

Amazing Stay

Alisa was the best host EVER! My coworker and I were in town for EAA Airventure and her place was super convenient as it was only a short drive to get to the grounds. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. It's a historical house close to the lake, with gorgeous accents, we absolutely loved it! Alisa was really friendly and accomodating. She walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay, and gave us some great suggestions on where to eat the best food in town. I absolutely recommend her house to anyone looking to stay in Oshkosh and we'll for sure stay there next year for the Air show!

Great place for the Oshkosh Airshow

Absolutely loved my stay at Alisa’s VRBO home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spotless everything was—the house truly sparkles with cleanliness. The amenities exceeded our expectations: every convenience was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The house itself is bursting with charm, from the tasteful décor to those little touches that make a place extra special. You can tell Alisa takes genuine pride in her property and cares about her guests’ experience. She was wonderfully attentive throughout our stay, quick to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions.One of the highlights was Alisa’s fantastic knowledge of local restaurants. She made spot-on recommendations that helped us discover some great dining options we would have otherwise missed, enhancing our whole trip.Sleep and relaxation came easy thanks to the super comfortable furnishings. And the location is unbeatable for anyone attending the Oshkosh Airshow—just a short, convenient drive away, yet peacefully removed from the busiest crowds.I highly recommend Alisa’s home for anyone visiting the area. This was a perfect overnight spot for us. The historic 1920 home is beautiful with lots of love and attention to keeping its history and added modern touches. We appreciated Alisa’s friendly communication and if we are back in the area, we will definitely request to stay again!

We spent the weekend in Oshkosh at this home, party of four. It’s in a great location: beautiful, clean, safe neighborhood next to the lake! Quick drive to downtown. We walked the neighborhood along the river and the homes are beautiful. The property is a gorgeous home, nicely kept to the period. Well stocked kitchen: we had takeout pizza and had breakfasts at the house, the dining room table accommodates 6.. We watched the World Cup and didn’t have any problems with TV or internet. Off street parking. Super soft and comfortable beds. Easy checkout. Our host, Alisa, was fantastic. We talked several times and she gave us great recommendations for the area activities and restaurants. She is intimately familiar with the property and the area, you can tell that she has invested personally in this home. I highly recommend! Suggest to bring: charging/power strip. Being a period home, the outlets are limited.Other ideas: the full bathroom is second floor, so navigating stairs is important. The shower is small for tall people. I am short, no problem here!

Great Home Away From Home!

Our wonderful hostess shared her charming home with a view of the lake. Communication was great and we had a home tour upon arrival to help us settle in. We were able to work remotely by morning and tour by afternoon, enjoying the local restaurants and friendly residents of Oshkosh. Many , many thanks!

Great place to stay

Older home with lots of character, nicely decorated, and very clean. A couple of quirks that add to its charm. It contains everything you need and the location is close to downtown. Owner and property manager are awesome and respond in a very timely manner!

Great home in great location!

This house was just what we needed for the airshow. It's an older home with lots of character. Comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Great location across from the lake, close to airport, shopping and restaurants. The only drawback to this home is there is only one full bath with shower in a tight space. Tall people may not fit well. However, there's a half bath on the main floor. Fantastic hospitality by the homeowner, and the property manager was very responsive. Both as good as you can get!
