Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Escape to the mountains with to cozy Big Bear getaway! Nestled in the heart of everything the town has to offer. Reverse floorplan with bedrooms downstairs and living room and kitchen upstairs. Each level has a bathroom. Walk to local shops and eateries. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, golf course, Snow Play, Convention Center and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy a game of bumper pool or a board game. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Washer/dryer available.
