Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views of Bear Mountain at The Outdoors Inn. Perfect for a barbecue on the deck among the treetops. Two bedroom plus loft, two bath cabin with a wood burning stove fireplace, TV with Chromecast, complimentary WiFi, board games, and a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. Just minutes from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, the golf course, hiking trails, and the zoo.

The Outdoors Inn comes with fresh linens, towels, and plenty of cozy blankets! Prior to your arrival, our dedicated cleaning crew ensures that your cabin is clean, stocked, and prepared for your stay, then we take care of the cleaning upon your departure.

During extreme weather conditions, you will need to park at the bottom of the driveway to avoid your car from sliding down. (PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS A STEEP DRIVEWAY. 4X4 MAY BE NECESSARY DURING WINTER MONTHS)
