Location is everything!! Fox Chalet is located in one of Big Bears prime areas, Fox Farm! The cabin is nestled in a quiet area that is within a few blocks of the Bear Mountain Ski Resort shuttle as well as the Snow Summit Ski Resort shuttle. Approximately 1850 sq. ft., the home offers a touch of elegance and class. Providing all the comforts of modern decor with 2 high definition flat screen TV's, and all brand new kitchen appliances and furniture making you feel right at home. The tri-level home also has 2 fireplaces to provide the cozy warmth on a cold winters night! The quality kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake, etc.
An outdoor BBQ on deck.
Bathrooms are provided with bath towels for maximum capacity guests.
Quality bedding and linens are provided.
Washer and Dryer provided.
Cable service and 2 HD Flat Screen TV's.
Free WiFi Service included.
2 Fireplaces; both are currently gas with ceramic logs that do not require wood.

Perfect family getaway

The pictures do not do this place justice! We were so impressed with everything this place had to offer. The location offered easy access to the local ski resorts, dining and shopping. We will definitely be rebooking this for our next family adventure.

Nice and cozy place

We had a great stay! The communication with the host was super easy and quick, Irene was kind and helpful they provided all we needed, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is quite and pretty 100% recommend.

Great place and a great location

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The property was well stocked, very clean, and quite comfortable. I was here with my family and we liked it so much we ended up spending more time here than in the Village or other things. We really liked having the seperate living area downstairs on the first floor. It allowed the kids to have their own space. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Family Christmas Trip

It was wonderful! Nice area. Equipped with everything you’d need and more. Joy was very accommodating and quick in responding as well as keeping us informed. Irene was very welcoming when meeting for check in and also quick to respond or be at the ready should we need anything. Thank you for the amazing stay our family had.

We LOVED Fox Chalet!

Fox Chalet was super clean, had comfortable living spaces & beds, and very well-equipped kitchen. Our kids enjoyed playing with many board games in the living room. Joy, the property manager and Irene, the local manager, were very pleasant and communicative. They allowed us to extend the check-out time, which really helped us. Fox Chalet is now our fave place in Big Bear and would love to stay again!

Great Mountain Get-Away

What a beautiful home with everything you need! Great lay out with separate areas for people to spread out, with two living areas and a big master suite. Immaculate, well organized and sweet location. All you could want in a family vacation home:)

Great home! We had a wonderful time! We got to check in early which really helped because we had 2 kids and we came up the mountain early due to weather! We would definitely stay at the same house again! Great location beautiful area! We had a great time!

Excellent Stay!

I stayed at the property with my husband and two boys, ages 7 and 10. The property was perfect for our trip up to the snow. The two bedrooms on the main floor were perfect for the kids and the master bedroom was so nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was updated and spacious with a towel warmer! We didn't use the downstairs den but there was a pullout sofa and we easily could have accommodated another couple. We brought board games but didn't need to because there were many books and games already there. The house was probably the best stocked rental house I've ever stayed in. My husband and I celebrated both of our birthdays while we were there and it was a truly memorable and magical stay. Joy was responsive and a wonderful host. We hope to be back!

Kind and accommodating owner

Joy is very kind and understanding. We asked for a later check out time, and she was able to accommodate our request. Very cute place to stay in! There were plenty of plates and bowls and mugs etc in the kitchen.

Perfect getaway spot for any family

This cabin is the perfect home for your getaway. Its fully stocked with everything you need from seasonings to the kitchen gadgets. Bathrooms also have everything you need including a towel warmer!! Our family definitely enjoyed our stay.
