Charming cottage with the perfect location

This adorable cottage is just a hop, skip and a jump to the square and all things Oxford has to offer. Perfectly appointed and a comfortable place to stay when you visit the Velvet Ditch. Can't wait to come back again!

From the moment we arrived we knew we had found the perfect spot for the wedding weekend. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and easy access to all the events that were happening at the Square. Did not need to step in the car when we arrived on Thursday until we left on Sunday.

This charming home is a perfect spot right off the square. We were able to walk into town as well as walk to the grove and Vaught Stadium. The house is cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The Evolve team was great with checking in on us making sure everything was taken care of.

This was hands down the best location of any rental I’ve done in Oxford! The house itself was also great. Updated and included everything we needed for the weekend. Great location

This house has a great location, great neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the downtown square. House was super cute and clean. Great communication with the owner. 3 cars can park in the driveway but only linear. So driveway access was a con. And driveway was kind of steep to just pull in. But really didn’t have any issues with it. But would definitely stay here again and multiple times if needed.
