The primary room bed was a little uncomfortable. It kind of sagged in the middle but was still fine. This was probably the best stocked kitchen of any house we've ever stayed at. The location was perfect for our needs. Near restaurants, shopping and I-15/Highway 89. I wish there was a couch in the basement to watch TV. But the pool table was really fun!We will stay here again the next time we go to Utah!
House was just as described, very clean and plenty of room for all of us. We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time with our family and guests!
Myself and a group of friend stayed at the house for a photography trip to the area and we all loved the house. It was clean and in a convenient area to get to all we wanted plus plenty of places nearby to stop to eat. The view from the front of the house was stunning to walk out to every day! Highly recommend the stay, you won't be disappointed!

Liked: Communication
The home was ok, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were small but only 3 of us so it worked out. garage door opener was good. You better like the F35 sounds of freedom morning and afternoon. Lotsa nice beg TV's but hated that there was no cable TV only Samsung so no real time sports or news.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Bedding and Bathroom disgusting
If the sheets and bathroom are disgusting nothing else really matters. Our sheet were stained with hair andnother stuff on them. The master bat tub was very slow to drain. The jet.vlaves were also disgusting
Decent location, basic Kitchen, small fixes needed
Check-in process went smooth. Owner asks you to download a separate ap to get access code but communication was great. The bad:-House was hot on arrival. It's middle of summer & A/C was off (clearly stated on front door to turn off when leaving as their policy). A/C unit could barely cool the house about 1 degree an hour when it's 80-90 degrees outside. It was 3AM before the upstairs was cool enough to sleep comfortably. (Not a great way to start a vacation)-Primary bath isn't much bigger than the others (tight for 2 people to use at once)-Door to the garage had a handle that kept falling off (easily fixable)-Bathtub drain in main floor guest bath was plugged and drained very slow. Annoying for our stay, but hopefully repaired before next guests arrive. The not great:-Only has 3 bathrooms, not great for 10 but it works -Beds weren't bad, although they're starting to dip where you typically lay-Carpet is showing wear-Both screen doors don't latch or self close-Kitchen was basic. Seating for 10 if all chairs/stools are usable-There are no wine glasses or a cork screw, so bring your ownThe good: -Basement is cool year round, so that helped when upstairs was hot (2 rooms down, 3 main lvl)-Pool table was in good shape, so that was a fun-Gaming console (PS5)-Garage had room for 2 cars-Quiet neighborhood-Comfy couches-TV's are good quality-Good location to freeway and shopping
