Guest Policies
-Minimum check‑in age: 18 years
-A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 CAD is required. Refunded within 7 days after checkout unless there is damage, smoking, or excessive noise.
Check‑in: after 3 PM | Check‑out: before 11 AM (late checkout possible with prior notice)

This is not a hotel – the concierge/security desk cannot assist with reservation‑related questions.

ID Verification (required before check‑in)
All guests must provide:
Full names of every guest staying in the unit
A photo of your valid ID (passport for foreign guests, driver’s license, or permanent resident card)
A selfie holding your ID (anti‑fraud measure)
Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building.

Pets
Pets allowed (under 8 kg) – must be leashed in all common areas
Pet fee: $10 CAD per pet, per night – please confirm with us before booking

Baby Equipment (available upon advance request)
Travel crib (for babies 0–18 months) – $5 CAD per item, per night
Bed rails – $5 CAD per item, per night

No‑Party Policy

Video surveillance at the front door (only) and a noise detector monitor guest count and noise levels.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately without refund if the guest count exceeds the number on the booking or if a party is detected. Please inform us in advance if you plan to invite additional guests.

No‑Smoking Policy
Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and the building.
A remote smoke detector is installed. If triggered or if smoke is detected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and charge:
$150 CAD service call fee
$200 CAD cleaning fee
