Situated in a quiet neighborhood on a private road in Wellfleet, this vacation rental offers plenty of room for everyone and is a short drive from many world-class beaches, such as White Crest Beach, Marconi Beach, and Cahoon Hollow Beach. You will also be just minutes from all that Wellfleet has to offer, including golf, picturesque nature hikes, bike paths, surfing, deep-sea fishing, sailing, fine dining, numerous art galleries, a drive-in theater, robust farmer’s market and square dancing at the pier. Nestled on an acre of wooded land, our large vacation home offers a bright and open space with a ton of light. There is room for every temperament, space to be quiet/alone, space to hang out and talk, watch TV, eat, drink, and be merry! The master bath is a Jacuzzi and there is a peaceful second floor deck attached to the master bedroom, great for sunbathing and relaxing. The outdoor shower is a wonderful way to wash off a day on the beach and outside the home is serenely quiet, with over two hundred trees on the property. Our large outdoor stone patio is great for gathering and enjoying each other's company. Other amenities include cable TV, WiFi, central A/C, a washer/dryer, gas grill, and fresh linens and towels provided free of charge. Great getaway

We had a wonderful week in this big, comfortable house in the woods, on the bay side of Wellfleet. The house is well appointed, with plenty of room and lots of common spaces on the first floor. Great big outdoor patio and shower were nice too. Would definitely rent again.

Great house for a family stay

We had 8 people ranging from 8 to 89 years old. The house worked well with plenty of beds/rooms and lots of indoor space to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped (although knives need to be sharpened!). Ping pong table was a hit! We wished there was a table to fit all 8 of us indoors but made do by moving tables together. Also, all of us were flying in for the vacation so we wished the house included beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys.

Spacious, private Wellfleet house

Very spacious and clean house off a dirt road, but near Rt 6. 1st floor (living rooms, dining and kitchen areas) is the big plus with this house - lots of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a group. Outdoors - new grill, large patio, but tired, old furniture. Nice outdoor shower. Bedrooms were fine and comfortable, but lighting not good, especially in bathrooms. House detail, trims and furniture need an upgrade. Overall, house served our purposes. Tjank you.
