Come spend a week at a beautiful oceanfront condo in Mid-town OC with breathtaking ocean and bay views from front and back balconies! This condo sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a King bed with private bath. Bedroom 2 has a twin bunk bed and queen bed. Both bedrooms have bay-facing windows. A queen sleep sofa is available in a den area. The second full bathroom is in the hallway. All bedrooms have HD Flatscreen televisions with cable.

Walking Distance Activities: You will enjoy the great views of the ocean, bay and mid-town ocean city from the balcony. Sun rise over the ocean and sun sets over the bay can be seen. 64th St location is close to popular restaurants and bars like Dead Freddies and Fagers Island. A shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants is very convenient located just across coastal highway. Two reserved parking places with elevator access. Additional free street parking for that 3rd car. Includes free WiFi, HD Xfinity cable There is also North side park nearby on 122nd Street which has a long walking pier going out into the bay. It is great for an evening stroll and oh what great sunsets! Dumser's Ice Cream is made locally and they have shops all over town, one by the park allows an ice cream treat after your sunset stroll. Many like the Liquid Assets restaurant located on 94th st.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
