Located approximately 20 miles from New York City, this one-of-a-kind space is designed to provide a relaxed and inspiring escape. The Space: Perfect for 2 guests, this guest cottage offers a live/work/play atmosphere that promises to delight even the most seasoned traveler. Architectural charm shines throughout the space, featuring an open studio area and a cozy, separate sleeping nook with a platform queen bed (two steps up). A full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette. A small deck off the back for your own time to relax and drink coffee. Plus your own free parking up to 2 cars.

(Pardon us as outside yard/natural pond renovations /container structure continue,) some areas may be off limits outside. (You may see hosts, other guests, maintenance on outside areas and other structures of the multi-structure estate). Some views may be limited while we spruce up., targeting summer 2026 to be complete. Gardeners 1x week as well (Seasonal).

Guest Access: Arrive via a private gravel driveway, passing the stunning main house built in 1752, and find free parking for up to 2 cars in your private driveway. Your entrance to the cottage is easily accessible.

Pet Policy: We love welcoming well-behaved pups (up to 2 dogs per stay). There is a pet fee of $75 per dog, per stay. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing a furry friend, and we’ll arrange the pet fee upon booking.
