Beautiful location and house was so nice and relaxing. Firepit was so great and the view of the water was perfect. The house was clean and had everything you need for your stay!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Before arrival, I notified the rental management company that they had an incorrect email address on file and provided the correct one. Apparently, they never updated it, and we did not receive the check-in instructions or access code.As a result, our group of six waited over an hour past check-in time while I tried to contact the company by message and text. When someone finally called, the representative was rude and insisted they had emailed the instructions the day before. After confirming they used the wrong email address, I explained that I had already provided the updated information.Mistakes happen, and I certainly understand that. However, a more courteous and helpful response would have been appreciated, especially given the circumstances. While we had no issues with the property itself, the management company's communication and customer service could use improvement.

Excellent second stay!

We had a wonderful second year staying at the cottage while our kids attended CBMM camp. The house provided plenty of space and activities both indoor and outdoor. We especially loved swimming and kayaking this year!

The house is in a terrific location adjacent to the Miles River Yacht Club and just a short drive to the center of St. Michaels. The dock has plenty of depth for a mid sized power boat and is only a short walk from the house. This property is a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying the water.

Writing Retreat bliss

This cottage is a perfect venue for a personal or small group retreat. The setting is lovey and evocative, beautiful even when it rains. the cottage has many areas to escape to and is well appointed.

You can’t beat the view! Lovely! The house was very clean and comfortable. The master room bed and the towels were cushy and comfortable. I wish there had been darkening shades in the bedroom but otherwise it was a great place to stay

Lovely waterfront

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was close to town but quieter than being in town. The floor plan was convenient. The home was well decorated. The manager was very accessible.

Welcoming home. Cozy and comfortable. Lovely and peaceful moments from screened in porch and dock. Well appointed kitchen. Easy trip into town. House as advertised but note bath towels provided but no hand towels or wash cloths. I would have planned for that, had I known.

Beautiful cottage getaway!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this cottage on the river. The home was well stocked, and had a lot of games for the kids. There are numerous outdoor activities provided and the view out the back of the house is stunning. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the host we're all seemless. We will be back next summer, thank you!

Perfect weekend, beautiful location

We try to get down to the area every year and rent a VRBO on the water somewhere and while we always enjoy our time at the bay, THIS weekend was perfect! The home was absolutely wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, quiet. The beds were great and sheets/towels were soft. Someone had returned some dirty pans to the cupboard but that’s wasn’t a big deal at all and everything else was truly spotless. The kayaks were in great shape and the property outdoor areas are also very well maintained. This home is definitely loved and well cared for. We didn’t bring our dog but there was no evidence of pet hair or anything at all from previous renters. We had 3 teen-adult kids upstairs and they all enjoyed their space. The proximity to town was great for walking or biking. Thank you for sharing your home! We look forward to returning next year!
