The Beach Club D-801 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 8th floor of Doral Tower, offering stunning Gulf-front views.

Interior & Amenities:



• Balcony access is from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats six, plus four bar stools for additional seating



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• Living area features a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small balcony



• Third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a twin trundle (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):



• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.



• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.



Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.



Additional Features & Rules:



• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.



• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

Great Condo!

I've stayed at the Beach Club many times and this condo is by far the best I've rented. Room was clean and decor was very up-to-date. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. I would stay here again.

Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a short term rental, just need a colander. Will probably just pick one up. The master bed broke day 1, management attempted a repair, but had to be replaced. Amazing turnover and beautiful new bed. Love the loungers and dining table w/chairs on the balcony. Great selection of reading material and puzzles. Good amount of hangers. Would rent again from Lynn. Easy 20 minute drive to groceries and the best poke nachos EVER! (The Cove). Couldn’t get tv in primary bedroom to work but the other 3 tv’s worked perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the peacefulness away from the touristy main drag of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly.

Excellent location. All appliances worked well. Great water pressure and hot water in showers. Wifi was strong. No problems streaming videos. The video monitor in the living room is large and worked great.There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, however, I contacted my rep. and got an immediate response. Some walls had scuff marks (looks like from luggage carts). We had a great experience here and hope to return to the same unit next time

Loved this Beach Club property! This condo was a very quiet and relaxing place to go. You will love the views from this corner unit. Loved having doors and access to the balcony from the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. If you want a quiet place with great beach access, this is for you. I am ready to plan my next trip and stay here again.

We did enjoy our stay but I would like to point out a couple of things. We noticed an odor late every evening around the kitchen area. We threw the trash thinking it would help but it did not. It was reported and was told it would be noted. The only other thing was we were told AFTER paying for the room that there was an assisted to use the community pool. We would have liked to have know that prior to paying for the trip. Overall, my family and I had a great time making memories and will be back.

The cleanliness of the condo was very lacking. The carpet throughout was very dirty. All showers had mold. The floors were not very clean. Walls were scratched, scraped and stained. We only received one of everything needed. I small roll of cheap paper towels, one dishwasher pod, only the bags in the trashcans, one small bottle of dish soap and one roll of toilet paper. Nothing in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper. Had to buy everything we needed. We will not be back.

Walking into our unit for a two-night stay, was sooooo refreshing! It felt like we had a bit of paradise for such a short time! Everything was so clean. The furniture, etc was top notch... terrific colors. The kitchen was open, large and well-equipped. The Dollar Store a mile or so away was well-stocked, too. We had pizza from Sassy's fed us for the whole time... we ordered 4. The views from all windows/doors were incredible. So comfortable and quiet. The pools/grounds were also gorgeous and well-kept. The path to the beach was in great shape, along with the feet-washing station. Thank-you, thank-you. If I were rich, I would come more often. Thank-you. Hope to come back.
