Property access details will be sent to you at 8am on the morning of your arrival.

Located at the end of the house is a more basic kitchen which includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.

Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.

Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.

Pool
The property has a saltwater pool with plenty of lounge area. The pool is not heated.

Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothesline outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT provide laundry detergent.

Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.

While this is a big home with plenty pf space, we would like to remind you that this is a family home and NOT a party, function or event space. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

The property is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for more excessive party events, we ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, we will ask for some holiday details so we can assess your suitability with this beautiful home. We value our wonderful beachside house and the wellbeing of our neighbours. Some noise monitoring can occur given the proximity to neighbours. If there are reports of excessive noise caused by large parties, events, or functions, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to vacate the premises, although this is not something we take lightly. We stress this is a high quality, family home for holidays with friends and small groups.
