Welcome to our beautiful and relaxing beach house situated just a stroll to the long white sandy beach of Casuarina.

This house is the perfect entertainer with indoor/outdoor living. Sizeable and modern, filled with natural light and a Scandi touch, it's the house your family holiday needs. The large outdoor deck overlooks the pool and spa and sets the scene for a day of fun in the sunshine. Just a short walk away are some of the regions best restaurants and cafes. It's your ultimate holiday.

Our spacious 290 sqm home with high 3 metre ceilings is perfectly suited for one to two families. It has 4 large bedrooms to sleep 8 people (4-6 adults and 4 children, portacot also available), with the option of an additional floor mattress. The modern bathrooms feature rainfall showers, and the ensuite also has a standalone bath. The house opens up nicely to let the sea breeze through and there is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the entire house.

The large kitchen features a big island bench/breakfast bar, and is fully equipped with all the appliances you'd need to cook up a storm. There are two living areas, one in the main living/dining area and one smaller study/living, opening up to the backyard where you can soak up all the morning sun and listen to the waves. Enjoy the pool and outdoor spa for some late night star gazing, and rinse off in the hot-water outdoor shower. There is also a large secure trampoline in the backyard for some extra fun. Right across the driveway is small, quiet park, complete with swing set.

Only 100 m to the beach, the house has absolutely everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday! All linen and towels included so you just need to bring yourselves!

We are a pet friendly property, with fully secure yards and an undercover deck for sleeping.

PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not available for guests. There is enough room for one car to park across the front of the garage door but, as this is a shared access way, that is all. Additional cars will need to park on Casuarina Way or Dianella Drive.

Please be aware the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbours close by. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. All guests must adhere to the NSW Government Code of Conduct for short term holiday rentals. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including being asked to vacate the property with no refund.
