House includes a master suite, game room with foosball table, covered patio with furniture and sitting area, floating tree deck, BBQ grill, outdoor Hot-tub and more! There's plenty of private parking spots.

This 2100 sqf house includes a master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 trundle beds. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a game room with foosball table and it Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors plus a lifted tree deck on the tree with sitting area, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of private parking spots. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

*I have yet to post images of this space at night, but after recently adding string lighting all around, the backyard transforms into a soothing, atmospheric retreat as soon as the sun goes down.

This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with us is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! - House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Upstairs floor has been installed with a brand new carpet instead of the previously laminate floor for a softer feel and touch
- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- On the other side of the house there is an occupied mother in-law suite with a completely separated entrance. it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private shef. Feel free to ask me about it.
