Hi Hussein (Sam) Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the presentation of the beds on arrival. The home was professionally cleaned on the 23rd, however the linen was not placed on the beds. This was an oversight, and we completely understand how disappointing that would have been to walk into. We genuinely wish we had been notified at the time. Had we received a call or message on your arrival, we would have immediately arranged for our team to attend and make the beds properly without delay. We always prioritise rectifying issues as soon as they are brought to our attention. Josh called you once the oversight was discovered, when you called the next day, but you had already sorted linen for yourselves, believing none had been supplied as part of the booking. We offered to refund for this but no receipt was forthcoming. To clarify, the maintenance contractor who attended during your stay was there to check pool chemicals and mow the lawns. He did not enter the home at any stage, only accessed the external gate. We have asked him to check with us prior to going to the property in future. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience and embarrassment this may have caused. This is not the standard we aimed for and we did offer extending your stay or staying for another weekend but this was declined.
