Very poorly set-up and advertised
This place could be amazing, but it fell very far short.
There was no instructions on how to operate the lights outside or the caravan, for water etc.
There were no untensils, only one pan, most of the basics were missing. The idea of an open fireplace and pizza oven was amazing, but no lighter supplied. The outside shower has no hotwater and the only hot water was a very limited amount in the caravan, which wasn't enough for even one person let alone a family of four.The shower didn't drain properly so you had to stand in didrty water while showering.
The path to get to the toilet was not safe for our kids to walk at night as it was a mix of pallets, concrete slabs, pipes and dirt, very uneven with multiple trip hazards.
No bedding was supplied and we were not notified it was required, lucky for us the people on the property had spares but enough for us.
I don't think it is acceptable to go on a getaway and have to repeatidly ask the the people on the property for basic supplies. It was very difficult to communicate with them as they didn't speak english.
When we got home we found that Rats/Mice had eaten through one of our suitacses that was stored under the main bed in the caravan.
