Peaceful, Relaxing, Very Warm & New. Stunning View.

Beautiful rustic lake home right on the water. We are on the main channel, mile marker 41. Beautiful view of all the action right next to your chair. We designed and built this home to be warm and inviting. Great cabin feel with all the amenities. Lots of stone in the family/kitchen. Hand-scraped hickory hardwood floors throughout the main level. Walk out onto the stamped concrete patio that will make you feel like you're on the dock. One bedroom is on main level and the other three are upstairs. Upstairs has a nice spacious laundry room with sink. The two front bedrooms have wood planking on the vaulted ceiling and walls for that adirondack feel. You can lie in bed and watch the boats go by! These two rooms have the most amazing view you'll every see! Check out the pics.

This is one of the most beautiful spots on the lake with water parks, arcade, go carts course, golf courses and miniature golf all nearby.

Large lot features rocked yard, fabric hammocks, chaise lounge chairs and provides lots of space where the kids can play away from the water.

Please know that this is a well-cared for home and not a party pad. Minimum age to rent is 27.

NEW DOCK
Single well dock with a 12 x 32 slip with boat lift and a 10 x 12 pwc slip with 2 jet ski lifts. There is a covered 10 x 12 patio area next to the 12 x 12 swim platform with wet steps. In front of the boat slip there is a 4 x 10 storage locker with a walk-in for storage use.

Property can be rented in tandem with our immediately adjacent home to accommodate up to a total of 32 guest (see listing at vrbo #408911 & 2747097).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure boat hoist are up out of the water and lever is put on hold
Raise dock ladder out of water
Make sure windows are closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Prior to your arrival, I will need your contract signed along with a copy of your driver's license prior to arrival.

We had a great stay. The house was very well set up to handle a group of 6 adults and 4 children. The dock was a great place to spend time in and out of the lake. The house is located in the calmer waters of the backside of the lake. i would highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

Stayed here for our Family vacation and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, beautiful view of lake, great swim area especially for the young ones and the covered deck was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We can't wait to stay here again!

The owner has gone out of her way to make sure you have everthing that you need to have a wonderful vacation. All the rooms have a beautiful view of the lake! The main floor is wheelchair accessible!

An updated well kept, clean home right on the lake in a quiet area. Four spacious bedrooms and 2 updated baths allowed our group of 12 to have plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. Boat and PWC rentals nearby made it a great vacation!

Beautiful Location For A Great Vacation Home!!

We had a wonderful family gathering here. Spent two days exploring local state parks; a cavern, a natural bridge, and castle ruins. The rest of the week was spent fishing, swimming, resting, and relaxing. The home was well stocked and comfortable throughout. Thanks so much to the owners.

Great for mother-daughter weekend!

We had such a wonderful time at this property for our mother-daughter weekend. The house was wonderful and so beautiful. Us daughters (mid-20s) stayed in the bunk bed room and had a blast. The deck was our favorite spot as we sat out there every morning eating breakfast and every night drinking wine. The dock was perfect for laying out (which had lounge chairs all set up for us). Highly recommend this place!

Perfection!

We could not have found a better property. The house is designed beautifully. It takes full advantage of the lake views, has beautiful decor inside and is very kid friendly. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults loved the lake views from their rooms. Travelling with kids, we also loved the washer and dryer upstairs. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great Family Vacation Home

This home is my kids favorite of 3 we’ve rented in the Ozarks! The Bunk Room was perfect for the teenage granddaughters - the spacious rooms were a plus! The kids were only wanting a diving platform or slide to make it a perfect 10! We will be back as we have family that live a few doors down so the location is also a huge plus for us! Our only issue was getting into the home as the keypad was not working. After driving 10 hours and waiting 45 minutes in 95 heat we were a bit cranky but we finally got a key to get in! All in all a wonderful home to stay for a large family!

Perfect getaway

The owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. She let us arrive early to help us out. We have stayed at many homes and this one is our favorite. They have thought of everything. Well stocked. It was nice to walk to the dock without steps. We are older and don't get around like we us too. Very clean with a log cabin feeling. We will book again.

Amazing covered porch!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We’re a large group of friends/family. Our favorite part is the covered porch! The view is perfect in the morning while you’re sipping your coffee. The only item we wished was better was the mattresses in the two adult rooms upstairs. They aren’t the most comfortable. That’s an easy upgrade though. Everything else was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed the property!

location was perfect for our family for overflow guest that could be close to the family lake place! we were not there but basically to sleep-we had 12 adults-might be a little tight if you were there all the time and not enough inside dining space(or outside)?! for the 12? thought is was weird you could not get to the lake/dock from the deck but since we were not really using the dock it didn't matter to us... short supply of toilet paper/paper towel-so bring some if you will be there all the time!! and a sharp knife!! none of this would deter us from renting this again-very clean updated space and we really enjoyed the stay! only disconcerting item was while we were gone during the day a group of young boys had the garage below the house open(this was separate from the house and a separate lock) and were playing around on the boat ramp-we only know this because we went by on the water and saw it open so we stopped?! claimed their parents owned the house so that is why they were there-not cool-we were kind of weirded out? was our stuff in the house safe? if this is standard practice-might be nice to let renters know.... the homeowner was very responsive and listing is accurate! would definitely recommend!

Great views!

We stayed at the lake house for my Bachelor party. It was 6 of us and we all were in our thirties so we were looking for a relaxing trip to cook some good food have a couple of drinks and maybe go to the town and check out a few bars and restaurants. As we arrived we noticed the steep drive way. We had trouble getting in and out as we drove a car.The house seemed smaller than it looks in the pictures but all of us slept comfortably . As we arrived, the door was locked and there were no instructions on how to get the key so we had to keep calling Jennifer to find out where the key was and after the 4th attempt she finally answered the phone. I had emailed her previously with a few questions and didn't hear from her. We were glad to see that they had two grills but unfortunately the gas grill was out of gas so we had to depend on the charcoal grill. Luckily we had enough Charcoal.We paid a cleaning fee but when I spoke to Jennifer she asked that we wash the towels which I thought was not our responsibility. The drive to the bars in Osage beach was an adventure. Its about 30 to 40 minutes away from the house and you have to take a toll road to get to all the bars and the restaurants. Over all we had a great time, it rained both the days but it didn't bother us. We did some fishing off the dock and even cooked some catfish and grilled all day Saturday. I was not too impressed with corresponding with Jennifer as she didn't get back to me a few times and when she did, it would take a few days to hear from her. I had to email her about the deposit refund and I finally got it refunded about 15 days after the trip which I thought was a too long of a time.
