Overall excellent but carpets should be removed from the living area and stairs as old and smelly. Hard wood or Lino would be much better. We would highly recommend this property .
The apartment was excellently located at Balmain east ferry terminal, making it very convenient to travel to all the sites of Sydney. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Balmain itself was a great location for a night out.

If the property is repaired (replacement of old balcony doors & security access, the ambience of the place would improve remarkably. The carpet and lounge furniture need a steam clean urgently! The bathroom plumbing needs to be fixed (in apartment 2). Otherwise we loved the location, the friendliness of the neighbourhood and essence of the apartment set up! I will stay there again definitely!
Fabulous spacious unit right on the water.
It was fine for our short stay, but the unit could do with a good check of things we could not get to work like the heating and the dishwasher. There are 2 fridges, but the one built in could do with a defrost. It was also tricky to close the french doors on to the deck.
