With a private backyard space, hot tub and even rooftop patio where you can catch views of the sun setting on the lake - your well-deserved break awaits you at The 10!
The space
The 10 features a large, bright open concept living and dining space making it ideal for those looking to create memories with your friends and family. Boasting 20 foot ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 2 full washrooms, you’ll be able to rest and relax comfortably with plenty of space. Outfitted with classic, modern furniture and thoughtful decor, it’s the quiet luxury you can appreciate.
This home is fully licensed per Prince Edward County bylaws to host 6 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 10 - however we recommend 6 guests (or under) for maximum comfort.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Whether it’s enjoying a freshly brewed espresso from the Nespresso machine or preparing a fast meal on the days that you choose to have a quiet night in, the modern kitchen - equipped with a seated kitchen island, is ready for all your vacation needs.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA
A sun-soaked living space with soaring 15 foot windows, a spacious sectional couch and 80 inch flat screen TV, the living room is a cozy place to enjoy conversations over a glass of wine, or curl up and watch one of your favourite shows.
BEDROOMS
3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Bedrooms are outfitted with crisp bed linens/duvets, room-darkening blinds, nightstands, lamps, dimmable potlights, and large closets - all to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
BATHROOMS
2 full, 4-piece bathrooms with large soaker tubs and censored light and fan switches. Note: Guests have access to a washer and dryer but need to provide their own detergent.
OUTDOOR AREA & ROOFTOP PATIO
We invite you to enjoy the two outdoor spaces! The backyard is equipped with patio chairs, a BBQ and even a fire-pit to toast marshmallows, this is a great bonus space for you to spend with family in those summer evenings. If it’s a sunset you’re after or a peaceful morning yoga sun salutation, the rooftop is the place for you!
LOCATION
Located on a quiet, private street in the gateway of the county, you can’t be any closer to all Prince Edward County has to offer. Just a 10 minute drive from all of the county's wineries, a short drive to both beaches and 15 minutes to Wellington where you can frequent the many delicious restaurants like Adeja, The Royal, Koenji Wiskey Bar, La Condessa, and Midtown Brewing. And there’s no need to worry about missing any snacks or wine or beer, with a convenience/LCBO store down the street, less than a two minute walk away- you’ll have everything you need staying here at The 10!

By booking with us, guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the below:
*Please note that The 10 Spot isn’t suitable for parties and there are security cameras outdoors*
*The property is not wheelchair accessible and requires stairs to be climbed to enter and exit.
* The property does have additional rental units - please be considerate to the other guests staying on the property by keeping noise levels down and respecting outdoor spaces (either the backyard or front parking).
*Pets are not allowed.
*No smoking or vaping inside the property.
*No noise/outside music between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
*The 10 Spot is on a septic tank and we kindly ask guests to help us care for the infrastructure by only flushing natural waste and disposing of liquids only in the kitchen sink. Feminine hygiene products and wipes etc are not to be flushed down the toilet*
*The BBQ and firepit are potential fire hazards and should be operated by adults only, with caution. By using these you accept responsibility for any harm or damage caused to yourself or the property. Other fires/fireworks/firepits are not permitted anywhere on the property.
*The rooftop is an open space for guests and shared with one other unit. It is to be used with caution and should not be used by children, while consuming alcohol or at night. *
*If you would like to visit the Sandbanks Provincial Park during the summer months, we would recommend booking a Daily Vehicle Permit 5 days ahead of your visit. (visit the Ontario parks, day use site )*
