This is one of the best waterfront resort in Punta Gorda, there are eight restaurants and the new Aileron Golf Club/Course, and a spa for you to be truly pampered on vacation.
For all the golf lovers out there this home proximity to all the new golf courses is sublime. Check out Deep Creek Golf Course, Kings Gate Golf Course, and Maple Leaf Golf Course for the perfect game with family and friends.

Location was perfect for our needs.

The house was fine, but nothing special. Best feature was the pool (although we never did figure out how to turn off the pool light). Have many suggestions to improve renters experience; more useful kitchen utensils, a can opener that works, user friendly dishes and glasses (too heavy and only glass glasses seems ridiculous in a rental). Refrigerator constantly made strange noises and needed the filter replaced. At least one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an extra roll of paper towels. A mop and vacuum to clean up (10 days without those things makes it impossible to keep it tidy). Entry way light didn't work, dead receptacle in master bath, both pool cage door handles were broken, no bath mats or extra bath towels. We have stayed at numerous homes and this one rated pretty low on the scale. This home clearly is in need of maintenance and improvements.

Great Spring Getaway

Property was as advertised, house was in a great location and very clean. Pool was heated and used every day. Restaurants were a short drive away and we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Clean and comfortable with adequate supplies. Fees were higher than some other houses due to having a management company. However, well worth it as they have very prompt responce to rectify concerns and assure any needs. Central air conditioner did make a banging noise when it came on, which was alarming until you got used to it.

Great house.

It’s a great house but there is no grill. They have a grill on the listing pictures but there is no grill at this property. We reached out asking about it and the management company responded they will check with the owners and we never heard back from them. That was a big disappointment to us. We booked it because there was a grill on the pictures. Other than that the house and pool is great.

Complaint

Master bath sink wouldn’t drain Garbage disposal was locked up. Had to use disposal tool to free up items stuck in it. Master bedroom carpet has numerous stains on it. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. Master bathroom pocket door is broken, could not have privacy in the bathroom. All the tile floors we so dirty our socks and bare feet turned black.

nice time, minor suggestions

property was very nice and clean. no pool lounge furniture, no pool towels, very few bath towels and no kitchen towels, house was unlocked when we got there, the garage entry door and garage door to house were unlocked. no guest book or guide book for the house, pool, or area attractions. there is an outlet hanging out of the wall on the kitchen island. kitchen utensils were sparse. no sharp knives. no coffee on site ( its nice to at least have a pot of coffee the first morning before getting groceries) only 2 coffee cups. guest bathroom only had 1 towel. (newer towels would be nice) just some minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great location

Pool was great! We’ve stayed at a few other houses, and this one was very disappointing when it came to supplies. We were asked to strip the beds and start a wash load, but no soap or softener was supplied. The house had (4) towels. Cooking utensils were bare minimum to say the least. (2) hand towels. The rules said to put trash out on trash day, but no day was given to know, so the last visitors trash was still there and the recycle bin was full too. We had to leave (2) bags of recycling in the garage. This stay was not cozy in any way. The outside area didn’t have lounge chairs and the there were no lamps for lighting, other than ceiling fans/lights. We are not ones to complain, but I am really glad it was just the (3) of us and not the (6) that had planned to stay, because we probably would have reached out to the management company and asked why am I spending this much money and getting worse service than if I had stayed in a hotel suite… I feel the owners don’t realize what they have here, and missing out on rebooks in the future. Sorry to be so negative, but I bet I’m not the only one that has felt this way here. Thank you!

Parfait séjour en famille

L’endroit était parfait. Aucun voisin autour, très tranquille. La maison est bien située dans un quartier tranquille dans lequel il n’était pas dangereux de se promener.Il y a un parc assez près où l’on peut jouer au tennis, shuffleboard, jeux pour enfants, quai pour pêcher (Harbour Heights Park).La maison correspond en tout point aux photos et est très propre. Les pièces sont grandes et tout fonctionne bien.La piscine était super et la terrasse aussi.Les méthodes de communications sont ok Voici quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés, mais ce sont des détails:*Il n’y a aucune nappe (ou napperon)*Il n’y a aucun linge de cuisine (torchon à vaisselle, guenille sauf quelques petits trucs offerts à l’arrivée. En étant là 3 semaines, j’aurai aimé avoir ce qu’il faut pour nettoyer comme il se doit, donc nous avons acheté quelques trucs). *Il n’y avait que 4 rouleaux de papier de toilette (pour 3 semaines et 4 personnes)*Il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier essuie-tout*Aucun aspirateur (juste un balai, la maison est grande)*Une chaise longue et un BBQ dehors auraient été bienvenus Cela ne sont que des détails cependant. Nous avons reçu un très bon service et on répondait à nos questions rapidement.À noter: Attention aux nombreuses vis en métal sur le contour des fenêtres sur la terrasse si vous avez de jeunes enfants Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour en famille. On s’y sent comme à la maison! PS Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques
