Just minutes from Fishermen’s Village and downtown, it’s the perfect home base for days spent boating, golfing, or relaxing at the beach. After exploring, hop on the provided bikes for a neighborhood ride, unwind on the screened lanai, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or gather inside for a cozy movie night.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a crib, portable crib, and air mattress for extra sleeping space. The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table and breakfast bar, and a comfortable lounge with Smart TVs, board games, and toys to keep the kids entertained. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated office and high-speed WiFi.

Step outside to enjoy the private screened lanai with an outdoor dining space, or grab the beach chairs, towels, and toys for a fun day by the water. When you return, toss your clothes in the washer/dryer, enjoy central A/C, and stay comfortable with all the essentials provided, including linens, towels, and a hair dryer.

This single-story home offers easy access (just a small entry step) and plenty of parking, with space for up to three cars in the garage and four in the driveway. Pets are welcome (2 max) with a $50 fee. For your security, there are two exterior cameras facing the front and back yards.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests must be 25 or older to book. No smoking, parties, or large gatherings are permitted; owners must pick up after dog(s) each day and properly dispose.

The communication of the host was very good! Wish we were able to check in before 4PM. I was in touch with the rental agent the day of when our plane landed and she never got back to me. However, she did provide the access code earlier that day. The location was excellent - very close to our friends. I didn’t see the fire pit that was mentioned in the yard - not that we were going to use it. Having the garage was helpful as it poured down rain one day and I have currently have mobility issues. I would stay there again and recommend for those who want to be close to airport and Punta Gorda downtown.

This is an awesome house! Love the location. It suited our needs to a T!But....the beds were horrible. We slept on the couch and the pillows were very bad as well. The AC broke while we were there also, which i dont blame them for. They did try to help with offers of hotel and a temporary AC unit. If the beds were better this would have been the perfect place to stay. House was amazing and loved the layout. The person that we were in contact with did an awesome job makinf sure our stay was good!
