Start your mornings with coffee in the enclosed lanai, overlooking the private heated pool with color-changing LED lights. Grab one of the included kayaks for a peaceful paddle on the lake or try your luck fishing before breakfast. Later, explore the area with the four bikes provided, or pack up the included beach gear and head for the coast.





Inside, enjoy a spacious, fully updated layout with brand-new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and a built-in bar with a wine cooler. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with two living rooms, a foosball table, and a classic arcade game for evening fun.





With six smart TVs, free WiFi, and cozy spots for remote work, you can relax or stay connected as needed. Wind down with a BBQ by the pool, then settle into one of three comfy bedrooms – plus a den with a Murphy bed – perfect for extra guests.

Annual getaway

Home was perfect in size, style and decor. Furniture inviting and plentiful. Accommodated large group of 8 perfectly. The pool was the super bonus. Pretty good access to stores and restaurants.

Great relaxation home

This home was nestled in a quiet serene area. Perfect for our family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, and it was a perfect size for the 4 of us to swim and enjoy even at night. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very easy to find everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect name for this house!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house. The peacefulness of the lake on that corner lot is amazing. The pool is fantastic, and gorgeous at night!! This house is perfect if you have a large family. Well equipped kitchen with wine bar. There are two living rooms and plenty of room to spread out. We absolutely love this house!!

What’s not to love about this beautiful house? This was our 3rd time staying at this house. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and it has a great layout for a family vacation. The lanai and swimming pool are connected with separate enclosures perfect for the safety of small children. This gorgeous house is located close to so much beautiful scenery, live entertainment, Fisherman’s Village, and 20-45 minutes from several beaches. Thank you to the homeowners and the cleaning staff.

House was great, had to leave early do to all getting flu on day one. We didn't by the insurance so was told no refund even though we were not there for 3 of the days. Understand that but dissapointed.

Very Quiet Neighborhood

The huge house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, was immaculate upon check-in. The touchpad on the front door lock is very finicky. Typing in the 10 digit code too fast or slow will not let you in. It is a very safe neighborhood, and we felt very comfortable walking in the area every morning and evening. A law enforcement officer resides next door. Walmart and Publix are conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive. Beaches are about a 20 min drive. The on-site pool was very clean and faces a private back yard which boarders a small pond. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything need for meal prep. A great military museum with flight simulators and is located adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf, with its many dining options, in downtown Punta Gorda. Trying to reach a real person at property management proved to be problematic. The icemaker in the freezer was inoperative ,and I never could get anyone to tell about the problem.
